Welcome

I design my pieces to look beautiful and to wear beautifully, and I take pride in my attention to detail. All items ship within two weeks after payment is received unless otherwise noted.

WASHINGTON SALES TAX

Tax will automatically be added to Washington sales during checkout.

Shipping

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure that your address is correct or this will delay shipment of your purchase, as I am unable to ship your order until you confirm your correct address. If you'd like your item(s) shipped to a different address, please make a note when you order.

USA AND PUERTO RICO

I ship using USPS with tracking, which allows you to track your package. Standard shipping takes approximately 3-10 business days. You can also purchase faster shipping when you order.

CANADA

I ship using USPS First Class Mail. Shipping takes approximately 3-10 business days. You can also purchase faster shipping when you order. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND FEES.

THE UNITED KINGDOM

I ship using USPS First Class International/Airmail. Shipping takes approximately 2-3 weeks. You can also purchase faster shipping when you order. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND FEES. The UK import duties + taxes + fees can be quite expensive, so please familiarize yourself with your country's fee structure before purchase.

Also please note that the Royal Mail is rather famous for not notifying you when they are holding your package for customs fees. Please keep on top of your tracking information, as YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING OUT IF YOUR PACKAGE IS BEING HELD FOR CUSTOMS FEES. If your package has been in the country for a few days and you haven't received a notice from the Royal Mail, you should contact your local post office to see if they are holding your package. Currently they will hold your package for 3 weeks and then they will return it to sender. The return process can take several months, and you will have to pay postage again to have it reshipped to you.

GERMANY

Unfortunately I no longer offer shipping to Germany as Deutsche Post stopped recognizing the standard US Postal Service customs forms at the beginning of 2015 and started returning all packages to sender.

SHIPPING TO BRAZIL AND MOROCCO

All orders shipped to Brazil and Morocco are shipped via Registered Mail (signature required). The ensures your order reaches you safely without the risk of theft.

OTHER COUNTRIES

Returns

BODY JEWELRY AND EARRINGS

I accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment of undamaged body jewelry and earrings that are still sealed in their original heat-sealed plastic packaging. You can see the jewelry inside the package, but once you break the seal on the package unfortunately it cannot be returned or exchanged due to health regulations.

Once you have contacted me and received your return/exchange instructions, please pack your item for return carefully in the jewelry box in which you received it, inside a padded envelope or padded shipping box. If you don't put it back into the jewelry box, the USPS will send it through their mail sorting machine, and it will be damaged. Also, please include your name somewhere in the package so I know who it's from. 

Damaged pieces, pieces with the seal on the packaging broken, and custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Shipping costs are not refundable. For exchanges, I will invoice you for the shipping costs to send your new piece to you and for any price difference between your original purchase and the exchange as soon as I receive your piece in the mail.

 A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from all returns to cover non-refundable Shopify fees.

 Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.


NECKLACES, BRACELETS AND RINGS

I want you to be happy with your purchase! If for some reason your purchase doesn't work for you, please contact me to find out about exchanging and/or returning it. I accept returns and exchanges of unworn pieces in like-new condition within 30 days of shipment.

Additional

PACKAGING

All jewelry comes beautifully presented in a sturdy gift box, packed in a bubble envelope. Let me know if your purchase is a gift, and I'll leave out the receipt. I also recommend a gift card, so your friend or relative knows who the gift is from. Just let me know what message you'd like to send, and I'll include it with your gift.

OPTIONAL ECO PACKAGING

If you'd prefer minimal and/or recycled packaging, just let me know. I have a stash of packing materials that I'm more than happy to reuse. Some of my designs can be flat packed as well.

NOT FOR CHILDREN

Please remember, for the safety of your children, that my jewelry designs are intended for adults only. These pieces should not be worn by children under 13 years of age.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE/CONFIRMATION

Acknowledgement of your order (whether on the website, by email or otherwise) and assignment of an order number does not constitute acceptance of that order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Seller reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. In the event that your order is declined, you shall receive a full refund.
